Design Review, Tender Documentation and Construction Supervision for the 3rd Shitalakhya Bridge (1,234.5m Box Girder) at Bandar Upazilla, Narayanganj, and 72 km Road. Services include project initiation, land acquisition assistance, tender document preparation by design-build method (ICT), design review, construction supervision under FIDIC, quality control, payment verification, O&M and technology transfer. Funded by Saudi Fund for Development (SFD).

Sonahat Bridge over Dudhkumar River – Construction Supervision (RHD)

Construction Supervision of Sonahat Bridge over the River Dudhkumar at Bhurungamari-Sonahat Landport Mothergonj-Bhitorbondh-Nageshwari Road. Two contracts: (A) Main Bridge with approach road works, culverts and office building, and (B) Computerized Axle Load Control Station with administrative building. Funded by GOB.

Madani Avenue Road – Progoti Sarani to Balu River Design and Supervision

Design, Supervision and Monitoring of Madani Avenue Road Project (Progoti Sarani Intersection to Balu River). Phase I: Detailed planning, engineering design, traffic survey and forecast, topographic survey, soil investigation and tender documents. Phase II: 15-month construction supervision and quality control. Funded by GOB.

Two Bridges (560m each) on Brahmaputra River – Islampur, Jamalpur (LGED)

Detailed Design and Construction Supervision of Two Bridges (560m each) on Brahmaputra River under Islampur Upazila, Jamalpur District. Type: PC Girder Bridges. Services include topographic survey, land acquisition plan, sub-soil investigation, structural design, BOQ, specifications, tender documents and construction supervision. Funded by GOB.

4 Flyovers at Railway Crossings – Rajshahi City Design and Supervision (RCC)

Prepare Detail Design, Drawing and Construction Supervision for 4 Flyovers at different Railway Crossings under Integrated Urban Infrastructure Development in Rajshahi City (Package SW-02, Lot-B). Flyovers: (a) 400m at Horogram Notunpara, (b) 521m at Rajshahi Court Station, (c) 897m at Shahid A.H.M Kamaruzzaman Chottor, (d) 520m at Vodra Railway Crossing. Phase 1: Design (6 months); Phase 2: Construction Supervision (36 months). Funded by GOB.

Dhaka–Sylhet Road IDA-Financed Rehabilitation

IDA-financed Rehabilitation of Dhaka-Sylhet Road covering 301 structures including 37 PC Girder Bridges, 347 Box Culverts and 2 Railway Overpasses across 6 contracts in two phases. Services include design review, tender evaluation, resettlement monitoring, supervision and technology transfer. Total project cost: approximately $170.86 million. Funded by IDA.

Integrated Flyover (1,255m) at Bornali, Bondho Gate and Bilsimla – Rajshahi (RCC)

Prepare Detail Design, Drawing and Construction Supervision for Integrated 1,255m Flyover at Bornali, Bondho Gate and New Bilsimla Railway Crossing along recently completed 4-lane Road under Integrated Urban Infrastructure Development in Rajshahi City (Lot-C). Phase 1: Design (6 months); Phase 2: Construction Supervision (36 months). Funded by GOB.

Andkoy–Aquina Road DED and Supervision – Afghanistan (IDB)

Detailed Engineering Design, Project Management and Supervision for Construction of Andkoy-Aquina Road. Phase I: Survey, investigation, detailed design and tender documents. Phase II: Full-time supervision with quality and cost control. PSC Bridges of 40 to 50m each. Funded by Islamic Development Bank (IDB).
