Detailed Design, Tender Assistance and Project Implementation for Nalua-Baherchar Bridge over the river Pandab-Paira at 27th km of Barishal (Dinerarpool)-Laxmipasha-Dumki Road (Z-8044). Services include reconnaissance and topographic survey, traffic observation, geophysical and soil investigations, hydrological review, preliminary and final engineering design, quality assurance plan, EMP, land acquisition and resettlement plan and O&M support. Design Review and Enhancement Consultancy (DRC) Services for Improvement of Sylhet-Tamabil-Jaflong Road (N2) to a 4-Lane Highway with Service Lane on both sides. 33 bridges totalling 2,221m including three major bridges: 411.04m PC Girder, 106.68m RC Girder and 197.87m PC Girder. Funded by Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB).

Consultancy Services for Review of Pavement, Bridge, Culvert Design and Supervision for widening the Barayerhat-Heanko-Ramgarh Road (R-151 and R-152) under Chattogram Road Division. Widening from 5.50m to 11.30m with 9 new bridges and culverts. Funded by Indian Government (Line of Credit III).

Full-time field supervision of rural bridge construction ensuring technical, financial and economic standards. Services include quality control, contract administration, safeguards monitoring, training programs and gender action plan implementation. Funded by GOB.
Padma Bridge – Janjira & Mawa Approach Roads Construction Supervision
Construction Supervision Consulting Services for (i) Janjira Approach Road and Bridge End Facilities, (ii) Mawa Approach Road and Bridge End Facilities, and (iii) Service Area-2 at Janjira end of the Padma Multipurpose Bridge Project. Approximately 13.6 km of approach roads including toll plazas, service areas and offices. Funded by GOB.
Bridge and Culvert Inspection – BMS Data Entry, Barisal and Khulna Zones (RHD)
Bridge/Culvert Inspection and Data Entry using Existing Manuals and BMS Software under Barisal Zone and Khulna Zone (Package SPDC/S/04/2021-2022). Inspection of approximately 1,125 bridges and 4,955 culverts. Scope includes detailed inspection and assessment, BMS data entry, geolocation recording, bridge inventory, and BMS software upgrading and maintenance. Funded by GOB.
AUW 4-Lane Link Road, Chittagong – Construction Supervision (CDA)
Design Review and 24-month Construction Supervision of 4-Lane Link Road from Dhaka Trunk Road to Baizid Bostami Road including Loop Road at outer periphery of AUW (Asian University for Women), Chittagong. Bridges: 425.55m PSC, 40m PSC, 5 x 30m PSC, 24m RCC. Funded by GOB.
3rd Shitalakhya Bridge (1,234.5m Box Girder) – Design Review and Supervision (SFD)
Design Review, Tender Documentation and Construction Supervision for the 3rd Shitalakhya Bridge (1,234.5m Box Girder) at Bandar Upazilla, Narayanganj, and 72 km Road. Services include project initiation, land acquisition assistance, tender document preparation by design-build method (ICT), design review, construction supervision under FIDIC, quality control, payment verification, O&M and technology transfer. Funded by Saudi Fund for Development (SFD).
