Feasibility Study including Detailed Digital Survey, IEE and EIA of the proposed Project “Construction of Road, Bridge and Culvert from Madani Avenue-Barabaraid to Dhaka-Sylhet Highway near Bhulta via Navagram (Major Road 5A, 5B & widening of Major Road 5). Road lengths: 3.89 km, 5.21 km and 6.15 km (Six and eight lanes with service lane). Four underpasses, one bridge of 200m and another of 1340m (six lanes). Funded by Government of Bangladesh (GOB).

Consultancy Services for IDA financed Rehabilitation of Dhaka-Sylhet Road. Rehabilitation works include replacement of old under-capacity Bridges/Culverts: 301 structures including 37 nos. P.C. Girder Bridges, 347 nos. Box Culverts, and 2 nos. Railway Over Passes. Entire project divided into 6 contracts in two phases. Funded by International Development Association (IDA). Estimated project cost: Tk. 832.27 Crores (US$ 170.86 Million).

Consultancy Services for Detailed Design and Construction Supervision of Sylhet-Tamabil-Jaflong Road Improvement Project – Sylhet Town Bypass with Link to Sylhet-Fenchuganj Road. Funded by Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development (KFAED). Phase I: Detailed design including survey, soil investigation, materials investigation, land acquisition plans, engineering drawings. Phase II: Full time construction supervision with quality and cost control.
